Travel Fee

For locations within 20kms of Innaloo there is no travel fee. For locations further than 20kms of Innaloo a travel fee will apply unless the photographer has otherwise agreed for it to be waived, in writing. The client must be sure to discuss locations with the photographer prior to booking session, particularly if they are not willing to travel within 20kms or less of Innaloo, as the photographer expects that the locations used will be within this radius. Please note that for sessions advertised at a particular location, for example Cherry Blossom Mini Sessions at a Cherry Blossom Orchard, the location is pre-determined and thus no travel fee will be charged even for sessions outside of the 20km radius. Travel fees are calculated as follows: kms to location/kms per litre of photographer’s car = total cost for fuel. Hours driving x $30 per hour = total cost for time. Total cost for fuel + total cost for time = custom travel fee. The right is reserved for the photographer to refuse any travel that they deem excessive or that does not fit within their schedule.
